Embark upon an athletic, explosive, and powerful training dynamic for 1-month in a semi-private setting.  This special program allows for sustained progress, building speed, agility, strength, and power to muve your body in all directions comfortably and quickly, all while enjoying the camaraderie of a community dedicated to overall fitness. Training 4x per week for 4 weeks.  This is a build up from Part 1, which was offered in March.  Special Program: March Madness
