How long are personal training sessions?50 - 75min depending upon availability and client goals. No extra fee or payment is necessary in order to train longer. This solely depends upon availability and client goals.

What is the no call no show policy?Clients who do not show at all or show up 30min late will qualify as a no call no show. There is a $20 no call no show fee. Trainer reserves the right to train client for duration of time remaining or not train the client at all for that session. In which the client will be prompted to reschedule the session according to the reschedule policy stated on the Policies and Rules page

What is the cancellation policy?All clients must cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in a $15 late cancel fee that must be paid before the start of their next session.

Is nutritional guidance provided?Yes.

What is the late policy?All clients have a 15min grace period. After the grace period there is a $10 late cancel fee that must be paid before the start of the session.
