75FIT is a fitness program that requires you to exercise for 90 consecutive minutes every day for 75 consecutive days. You also must drinkg 1
- drink 1 gallon of water every single day
- refrain from soda pop, juice, and alcohol
- choose a diet you're going to commit to 100% without cheating on it
- Take a picure Day 1, Day 37 or 38, & Day 75
Trainer will provide the fitness program for you to execute, and will check in with you once every 7 - 10 days. Plans will take 3 - 5 business days to create.
Client may also workout with trainer once per week. In addition client may receive personal training from trainer in a semi - private setting as often as they'd like.
