FITNESS SCREENING (Trial Package)

 
This is the second step immediately following the FREE Phone Consultation:
 
During the fitness screening (trial package) the fitness professional will assess how your body naturally muves, your muvement capabilities, your muvement goals, and your overall health and fitness goals.  We will also collect your weight, body fat percentage, and before pictures.  You will have 1 screening session and 2 private sample 40 minute training sessions.  During the last private training session the fitness professional will disclose further information about plans, packages, and/or programs they recommend, along with pricing, and payment options.  This service is mandatory in order for the fitness professional to program your personalized workout regimen. 
 
Note: this service includes 3 total sessions to be completed within a 10 day period.  Session one is the Fitness Screening, and the remaining sessions are 2 Private 40 minute Trial Training Sessions (hence Trial Package). You will have 10 days from the Fitness Screening to book all remaining sessions.  You can Click Here to schedule all services.
